Valentine's Day Brunch Menu:
Walnut and Fig Tapenade with Goat Cheese and Water Crackers
Chenin Blanc – It’s a distinctive dry white wine, with a lush fruity bouquet.
Spicy Coconut Shrimp with Ginger-Mango Chutney
Gewürztraminer  –  It has a floral and lemon citrus nose. It is a lively wine with its trademark spiciness, it offers a frontal attack on your taste buds.
Minted Tabouli in Cucumber Cups
Sauvignon Blanc – Crisp, light amber color with good acids. The nose is reminiscent of freshly cut herbs with a hint of mint. It will enhance rather than overpower any dish. A wonderful complement to any light dish and delightfully refreshing.
Chicken and Basil Sweethearts with Marinara Sauce
Sangiovese – This wine has rich flavors of cedar and blackcurrant. It has the deep flavor of intense fruit and mellow tannins with just a hint of vanilla from the oak.
Mini Beef and Mushroom Wellingtons with Red Wine Peppercorn Sauce
Malbec – The flavors are of intense, ripe, red fruits with a hint of cinnamon. The well-balanced oak only enhances the wine's characteristics.
Decadent Chocolate Cheese Cake &
Coeur De La Creme with Raspberry-Almond Sauce
     Raspberry Chocolate Port
